This is to respectfully request for the following documents mentioned in subject letter of NHA dated March 17 and April 26, 2022:
1. Minutes of the meeting of the Central Bids and Awards Committee in its meeting held on March 10, 2022, which resolved to cancel the bidding process of Ref. No. 2021-09-032 (INFRA)
2. Memorandum forwarded by Department Manager of NCR - North Sector Office for the deferment of the conduct of the procurement process for project Reference No. 2021-09-032 (INFRA); and
3. DBM letter to NHA dated October 19, 2021 that reduced the budget for the Housing Program of ISFs.
