Magandang araw po,Ako po si Mary Rose Yapot, nakatira sa Quiapo Manila Isa po akong solo parent.May 3 anak,wla po akong permaninteng trabho Ako po ay kumakatok sa NHA na sana mapabilang Ako sa beneficiary dahil mag Isa din po Ako nagtataguyod sa asking mga anak.Naway  po may makapansin po ng aking kahilingan .Sinusubukan Kona po magpunta sa Opisina,Peru hindi na po tumatanggap ng aplikante kaya nagbakasali po Ako dito mag iwan ng mensahi maraming salamt po in advance.
