1. NHA Standard Housing Models: Design Manual
2. Construction cost handbook for socialized housing
3. Color Scheme Guide: Guidelines on Selection and Planning of Color Schemes

This will be very beneficial for my undergraduate thesis research.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 07, 2021, for information/data on NHA Standard Housing Models, Construction Cost Handbook for socialized housing, and Color Scheme.

Our Housing Technology and Technical Research Department (HTTRD) sent you an email reply dated January 7, 2021, providing you with the following:
 
             * Design Manual
             * Guidelines on Selection and Planning of Color Schemes

Attached herewith for your reference. 

As to your request for data on the Construction Cost Handbook, you were advised to coordinate with the DPWH for the Cost Material Price Data which is the NHA's reference in cost estimates on its socialized housing projects.
