Good day! I would like to seek help regarding the request to award the lot located in Basilan st., Maharlika Village.
Below are for your reference.
1. Board resolution from MAVILHOMA received by NHA dated Feb 24, 2014 whereas, Block 12 TCT no. 10777 comprising 615 sq. meters divided into 3 lots are being occupied by 10families since 1985 requesting to be converted into residential lot and be awarded to them being the actual occupants for about 35 years now 
2. The occupants are willing to pay all dues and other payments such as amortization, etc.,  and was surveyed by Engr. Ocial yr 2007.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 07, 2021, for assistance and inquiry regarding a property located in Basila St., Maharlika Village, Taguig City.

Per coordination with NHA South Sector II District Office, said property or lot is an open space and has already been turned over to the LGU of Taguig in 2000. 

Please coordinate directly with the Office of Mayor Sigfrido Tinga or the City Government of Taguig for further queries.

Attached herewith the reply letter of the NHA District Manager for dated June 16, 2021, your information and reference.
