Good day po, Ma'am/Sir!

We would like to inquire for the needed documents/forms to apply for National Housing Program by President Marcos. As of now, we are currently living in Bocaue, Bulacan in a small apartment. We are 8 to 11 members in our household. My parents are not working anymore. My father can't work due to stroke happened last year. My mother is highblood and taking care of my father and my niece/nephew. I and my siblings trying to give the needs to my parents especially in their medication. May you consider our application to Housing program. Thank you!
