I am a student of BS Architecture of PUP Manila. I would like to request for :

1. Proposed Bulacan 4H Housing Projects

2. List of In-City, Off-City, and Near-City Relocation Sites for the affected Informal Settlers residents of any demolition. And also, list of availees of these relocation sites.

3. Demographics of availees of Existing 4H Housing projects in Bulacan

4. Unit Pricing, Construction Cost, and Bill of Materials for the 4H Housing Projects in Bulacan

The information will be part of the final strategies as part of the recommendation for the study.

Thank you for your request dated Oct 26, 2023, for information on the list of housing projects located in rehabilitated brownfields and idle government properties in Bulacan.

We shall endorse your request to the NHA Bulacan District Office for review/evaluation. However, as part of our process, kindly submit a copy of an official letter address to NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, in  your school letterhead, duly endorsed by your subject professor or college dean.

Kindly submit the said communication via our email address: nhafoicmu2017@yahoo.com, with a scanned copy of your school ID.

Pending submission of the said requirements, we shall put your request on hold. 

But nonetheless, you may also lodged your request with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development and the Provincial Government of Bulacan, which may best provided with the relevant data.

Per coordination with NHA Bulacan District, a request was made for you to submit additional information such as a copy of your school ID and an endorsement letter from your school or professor. However, as of this date, you have not complied with said requirements.

Hence, your request will be put on hold until the submission of said requirements.

Dear Narita Margarett,

I refer to my letter of Nov 14, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Bulacan 4H Housing Projects Documents. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 06, 2024.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
