1. The status of the preparation of Devolution Transition Plans pursuant to EO 138, 2021. 
2. A copy of the Devolution Transition Plan that the Agency submitted to the Committee for Devolution.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 03, 2023, for a copy on the devolution transition plan of NHA.

Attached herewith is the copy of letter from NHA Corporate Planning Department (CPD) Manager Cromwell C. Teves dated January 5, 2023, informing you that the NHA is currently preparing its capability building manual for LGUs and that the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) shall submit a consolidated devolution plan of the Key Shelter Agencies to the the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
