May I respectfully request for these data for study purposes as enumerated below:

1.	Total number of NHA housing projects (ongoing, completed, terminated) - pls indicate date of inclusion if no data for old projects.
2.	General List of Major and Minor Workmanship issues (both land development and housing units’ construction)
3.	NHA Consolidated Constructors Performance (CPES) Summary Report from FY 2018-2023
4.	Number of engineers and architects (please separate the data for regular and CoSP) employee in the National Housing Authority per Region and District.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 13, 2024, for the following information:

1. Total number of NHA housing projects
2. List of major and minor workmanship issues on land development and housing construction
3. NHA consolidated constructors performance (CPES) summary report from 2018 to 2023 and
4. Number of engineers and architect employees of the NHA per region and district.

Attached is a copy of the letter reply sent by the NHA Corporate Planning Department (CPD) providing you with a copy of the NHA Production /Assistance for 2018 to 2023, by program and by status of completion.

A copy of the statistics on engineers and architects from NHA staff departments and line officers for regular employees and contract of service personnel as of December 31, 2023.
