Hi! I would like to request for digital copies of contracts, memoranda & communications (whether electronic or paper) between the National Housing Authority or its officials & J.C. Tayag Builders, Incorporated or its officials regarding the housing of Typhoon Yolanda (International name Haiyan) victims from 2013 up to the present. If said request involves monetary assistance, please inform me beforehand. Thank you.
