2.	What will happen to the properties in APD’s unoccupied by tenant or informal settlers? 
3.	What are the opportunities of APD?
4.	How can a property be declassified from APD? 
5.	What are the benefits and opportunities for the property under ZIP under slum or blighted area identified by the local government? 
6.	What will happen to a property under Zonal Improvement Program in the slum or blighted area identified by the local government?
7.	What are the existing and proposed plans and details of the following Areas for Priority Development?

Greetings!

This is in reference to your request dated Jan 21, 2021, for information on APDs. Per recording checking, we have provided you with the List of APD Proclaimed by NHA and the List of NHA Regional Managers in the NCR which you may directly coordinate for further queries on the APD (copy attached herewith).

Information on the processes involving APD, you may also check sources that are available online such as PD No. 2016 s 1986, RA 7279. On information regarding Land Use, Zonal Improvement, please coordinate with NCR LGUs and the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development.
