Hello, I would like to request from NHA an official reply as to the status of the second Urban Dev project in 1977-1985 Under General Tobias financed by World Bank and IBRD and the Ministry of Finance .
I would like to get copies of correspondence of NHA , Ministry of Finance ,and President in this project.
Similar to the World Bank, I would like to download online the financial reports , prefeasibility studies, legal documents, completion/ audit reports and the law for this Second Urban Dev project.
Let me know where the project papers are. Thank you
