Good day! I wish to request a report on the relocation and housing efforts of the fire victims living on the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) grounds, In Mandaue City, Cebu. This is for a fellowship the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism (PCIJ).

1. NHA rules or guidelines in relocating and re-housing victims of calamity in the event of a residential fire

2. Data on the locations (if any) on where these particular displaced residents will be relocated and housed. 

3. Data on the the construction (if any) of relocation housing settlements for these particular residents
