Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 18, 2024, for a copy of the tax mapping and tax declaration covering your allocated housing unit in Heroesville 2, Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal.

Per coordination with the NHA Rizal District Office, we were informed that they already coordinated with you and relayed to you that your request was referred to the legal officer for advice and that you may request a copy of the said documents with the Municipality's Assessor Office.

Attached is a copy of the letter reply sent by the Rizal District Office for your reference.
