We have first coordinated with NHA Bulacan last June 13, and it’s already a month and our request was still not addressed.
We have provided all needed documents and sent the formal letters to all contacts as advised.
We are asking for resettlement project maps in Bulacan.
Hoping you could expedite this because we also have a project deadline.

In reference to your E-FOI request and follow-up for a copy of the site development plan and map of all NHA projects in Bulacan, please be informed that we have received a copy of a letter reply from NHA Bulacan District Office dated August 17, 2023, which was also sent to your email on said date.
Our district office has been coordinating with you and requested you submit a company profile of TruePoint IT Solutions and a document on your affiliation. However, up to this date, you have not complied with said requirements.
In this view, we will put your request on hold until such time you provide said requirements.

I refer to my letter of Aug 24, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Follow up with tracking number #NHA-613259712978. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 16, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
