I would like to request the following documents ;
1.Purchase agreememt between Gonzaga properties and NHA authority for Malvar Cubay Homeowners and livelihood Association,  Inc. Bacolod City,  Negros Occidental. 
2. A copy of approved aubdivision plan of Malvar Cubay Homeowners and livelihood Association, Inc. 
3. Copy of the  Articles of Incorporations.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated September 25, 2019, for information involving Gonzaga properties acquired through the Community Mortgaged Program (CMP).

Per feedback from our District Office, Region VI dated Sept. 27, 2019, you are required to coordinate directly with the Social Finance Corporation (SHFC) being the agency handling CMP Programs.

Attached is the copy of the letter reply forwarded to your email on September 27, 2019 for your reference and information.
