I need to know if there were new regulations regarding building of houses,  my the focal point is the new regulations which were set in the aftermath of Typhoon Yolanda.  I had read something about the government having proposed or passed new regulation back then.  The regulation stated the minimum distance from the sea or shoreline for houses to be built  or already existing - that's all I can recall.  Perhaps you can refer me to the regulation, order or Republic Act - that's all I need, I'll find the rest of it myself.
