I am Francis Proce Subiaco, a fifth-year student of BS Architecture in National University, Manila. I am in the early stage of developing an undergraduate thesis proposal under the supervision of my adviser, Architect Roselle V. Santos. The objective is to design a Multi-Purpose City Command Center in Caloocan with a plan to build a structure that will give intensive care for displaced and heavily affected individuals even after the calamity. Serve as a storage for food, relief goods and emergency supplies. To become a multi-purpose facility that can provide immediate medical assistance when there’s disaster and training center.
Under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, Freedom of Information Order, I am writing to request your good office for the following public information/records for my data gathering:
