Hi! I would like to request a copy of the (a) Post-Occupancy Evaluation form being used by the NHA on Tanza Navotas Socialized Housing, and (b) the result of the said POE.
If not feasible, a generic copy of the Post-Occupancy Evaluation form or any assessments used by NHA on their projects (post-construction).
