Hi,
I would like to ask help from your good office. I would like to know the right/amount of computation for monthly amortisation per household beneficiary of CMP in NAPICO MANGGAHAN PASIG. For proper settlement. The Association which is NAHA( Napico Homeowners Association) want us to pay all the amortisation that we missed times 3 of the amount that they computed. This is unacceptable act.  Can you help us?! Thank you

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 13, 2022, for information on the monthly amortization per household beneficiary of CMP located at NAPICO, Brgy. Manggahan, Pasig City.

Attached herewith is the reply letter of NHA NCR East Sector Pasig/Marikina/Manggahan District Office which was sent to your email on Feb 17, 2022, informing you that the 13 Associations of NAPICO under NHA CMP were already taken-out with the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC). Hence, NHA has no record of amortization payment.

In this regard, please directly coordinate with the SHFC at the following contact information:
