Hi ! I would like to request information regarding the location of Socialized Housing in the Philippines

1) Where is socialized housing mainly located
2) Is there a criteria when choosing a location for socialized housing?
3) What regions in the Philippines mostly have socialized housing (city-level if available also) 

This will help me to decide what scope I will need for my research. Thank you very much fro your assistance!
