Mabuting araw! We were about to transfer real properties which was paid and to be awarded to my father PERFECTO YTAC COMBINIDO. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the primary document which is a DEATH CERTIFICATE. My father was involved in an international sea accident dated 03/31/1994 and sad to say, any proof ( eg: newspaper publication, insurance claims) was not secured by my mother due to shock and trauma. We are currently requesting assistance to various agencies to secure documents. In the event that those request yielded negative, what can we provide to process the awarding to my mom?

Attached is a copy of the letter reply sent by the NHA North Sector Office dated January 12, 2024, requiring you to submit related proving the death of your father, who is the NHA awardee of the subject property.
