Hi, I would like to ask for the particular memorandum circular or basis for the 2018 NHA Condonation Program.

Based on various news articles and NHA website,  the 2018 NHA Condonation Program there was a condonation on penalty/delinquency interest and seventy five percent (75%) of accrued/unpaid amortization interest of National Housing Beneficiaries.

With this, we would like to ask for a copy of the basis for this condonation program since it is not available before the NHA website.
