Hi! I would like to request for copies  of the entire documents pertaining to the account of Gerardo David and or the records in the name of Spouses Purita D. Dantes and Daniel C. Dantes specifically the following:

1. Deed of Sale dated February 28, 2022 between NHA and Purita D. Dantes;

2. Transfer of Rights dated December 10, 2022 signed by Alberto Perfecto;

3. Extra Judicial Settlement with waiver of rights of Gerardo David dated November 15, 2021; and

4. Acknowledgement receipt of the documents received by Purita D. Dantes.

Dantes.

Dear Ms. Montenegro,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 25, 2023, on various information and copy of the Deed of Sale involving the property of certain Purita D. Danges, Transfer of Rights, and extra-judicial settlement of Gerardo David and others.

Per coordination with NHA Quezon City District Office, we were informed that they have coordinated with you via phone and requested relevant information and further details as to the documents you requested but which you cannot provide.

And per verification of the property award you provided, records show that the name Purita David does not appear on NHA's records.

Our concerned district office shall be sending an official reply to your request and we shall keep you posted.
