Dear Sir:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 14, 2022, for a copy of the As-built plans of the Punta Tenement housing project in Sta. Ana, Manila.

Per coordination with our NCR West Sector San Juan/Mandaluyong District Office, we were informed that the project was constructed in 1963 by the Department of Public Works, Transportation and Communications and was administered by the People's Homesite and Housing Corporation. 

However, copies of the As-built plans were not among those documents turned over to the NHA. But nonetheless, our district office shall provide you copies of the Site Developments and Floors Plans of the said housing project.

Please be informed that said document was sent to your email on Nov 28, 2022.
