Hello, I would like to ask for information if I can file any kind of case regarding a housing developer. Our application has been ongoing for 3+ yrs now, with still no progress. We have been put in an endless cycle of passing requirements and going to "seminars" needed for loan application. Every time we give what they ask, they say it will be processed and handed over to pagibig yet there seems to be another problem coming up. I am now tired of going in this cycle, our processing fee made for 2yrs is now paid off. But our application is still not handed over to PAGIBIG. Thank you
