After a successful bid, Palafox Associates has been commissioned by the City Government of Puerto Princesa to
prepare the Master Development Plan (MDP) of the city. In order to have a thorough, effective and efficient
planning process, we would like to request for the housing backlog for the next 10 years of Puerto Princesa City.
Your sincere active cooperation will be vital to the success of this planning process. We look forward to your
urgent response in this matter. Thank you.

Received a call this morning at 11 o''clock, 25 July 2015 (after 19 working days) from NHA.

Requesting for a communication letter for the delay and for the another extension for the processing of the request with the date targeted (if possible) from NHA. Thank you.
