Hi! I would like to request information regarding historical cases or complaints made by private groups or individuals against Property Company of Friends, Inc. (PCFI) and/or Lancaster Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc (LEHOA). The homeowners are currently making our case against LEHOA and PCFI for their illegal control on the LEHOA board of members and their negligence on ensuring quality water supply to homeowners residences. I hope you could help me provide quality information. Thank you!

Dear Mr. Elnar:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 04, 2020,  under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for data on historical cases involving the Property Company of Friends, Inc or Lancaster Estates Homeowner's Association.

Per coordination with our Cavite District Office, the properties being occupied by the PCFI and LEHOA is not within the jurisdiction of NHA, hence we cannot provide you with your requested information. 

You may try to coordinate with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, now the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, which handles HOA disputes and registrations.
