Good day,

I would like to request for an information regarding the following for my research paper about residential units  for rent per city/municipality in NCR ftp of 2017-2021:

1. Number of Families by Tenure Status of the Housing Unit and Lot They Occupied per city/municipality 
2. Number of lessors/landlords and lessee/tenants of residential units
3. Number of  residential units per its category (ex. per house, condo, dorm)
4. Number of lessors/landlords who registered their renting business and is paying taxes.

Thank you for your request dated November 19, 2022, for information on  the number of families by tenure status; number of lessors/ landlords and lessee/ tenants of residential units; number of residential units per category and number of lessors and landlords with registered businesses per city/ municipality in NCR from 2017 to 2021.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

However, you may directly coordinate with the Local Government Units in the National Capital Region which have jurisdiction for said data.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 19, 2022, for information on the residential units for renter per city in the NCR from 2017 to 2021.

May we request you to coordinate directly with the respective local government units in the NCR which may best provide you with the information.

All housing projects of the National Housing Authority (NHA) were allocated to identified families such as those living in danger areas of Metro Manila, victims of calamities and disasters, displaced by government's infrastructure projects, uniformed personnel of the government, and OFWs.
