Good day! I would like to confirm if this form is legitimate. Several people giving forms for (National Housing Authority Pabahay para sa mga mahihirap) and there is a fee of one hundred pesos only here at Purok 6 tramo heights, Sucat, Muntinlupa City. The pabahay will rise at the C6.
