Good day! I am Reymar Mungcal, a 5th-year Architecture student who is interested to in-city affordable housing for informal settlers as my Architectural Thesis. I would like to request the following data to suffice my research journey:

1. Number of considered informal settlers in Tondo, Manila
2. Data and percentage of incomes of households in each barangay in Tondo, Manila. 
3. Housing projects proposed by Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program in Tondo, Manila and its details.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 13, 2023, for data on the following:

1. Number of considered informal settlers in Tondo, Manila
2. Data and percentage of incomes of households in each barangay in Tondo, Manila. 
3. Housing projects proposed by Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program in Tondo, Manila, and its details.

Kindly lodge your request with the local government of Manila and the barangay office in Tondo, Manila, which has jurisdiction over the request.

As to your request for data on the 4PH program of the President, you may inquire with the City Government of Manila and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

But nonetheless, attached is a copy of the letter reply sent by the NHA West Sector Regional Office for your reference.
