Hello,
We have complained about the illegal settlers occupying a Road Lot 4 in Purok Katilingban Barangay Bata, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Our Barangay Chairman Angelito Abaring claimed that he had already communicated to NHA for possible transfer of these informal settlers .
May I know the following?
1. Was this communicated to NHA?
2. When was it communicated to NHA?
3. When is the date of relocation?
4. Where will the illegal settlers be relocated?
5. How many illegal settlers will be relocated?

In reference to your letter dated Sep 28, 2020 requesting for information on the resettlement of ISFs in Katilingban Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City.
We referred your request to our Region 6 Office for evaluation and appropriate action. However, we were informed that Bacolod City was placed on an enhanced community quarantine, hence your request is still on process.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Nov 16, 2020.
