Good day!
I am sales a assistant of a private Real Estate company in Baguio conducting a research about the supply and demand of Houses in Baguio, Cabanatuan, Capas Tarlac and San Frenando La Union.  May I please request the data containing the housing Backlog for the mentioned places for the year 2022. Thank you so much and God bless.

Thank you for your request dated December 05, 2022, for information on the Housing Backlogs in the provinces of Baguio, Cabanatuan, Capas, Tarlac and San Fernando, 
La Union for the year 2022.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

Please be informed that the Agency's housing program involves socialized housing for informal settler families living along danger areas such as waterways/ rivers etc., and those affected by calamities and government infra-projects.

However, you may directly coordinate with the Local Governments of the said provinces respectively which have jurisdiction for said data.

Please be informed that the NHA has no detailed information as to the housing requirement of the following provinces.

May we request you to coordinate directly with the respective local government offices, Philippine Statistics Authority, or the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). 

The information that is readily available with the NHA involves our projects and beneficiaries.
