Good day!
This is in connection with our problem/concern regarding right-of-way issues we are experiencing right now in our area of residence.
As per information we received, there is a pathway traversing from Sampaguita Road down to our residence. But our neighbors denied our request to grant an access to the said premises.
Opening such pathway will give us an ease to our dilemma.
In this regard, may I request your Good Office to furnish/send me a copy of the Road/Pathway Plan for Barrio Concepcion, Barangay 188, Tala, Caloocan City.
