Dear Mr. Hersalia:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 09, 2022, for a copy of the site development plan and floor plans of Punta Tenement Housing Project in Sta. Ana, Manila.

Per coordination with NHA NCR West Sector Manila District Office, a reply letter was sent to your email on Nov 22, 2022, providing you with a copy of the above mentioned plans, and that the Tenement housing was constructed by the Department of Public Works, Transportation and was administered by the Peoples Homesite and Housing Corporation until the NHA took over in 1975.

Attached herewith the said letter for your information and reference.
