Hello,

I am having payment issues with Sta. Lucia's Spring Oaks Residences for my 2 lot property investments. 

I have asked around and someone told me , that this property has no proper license to sell. I want to find out if they have License to sell, I saw on the net that it was Lakewood Subdivision that has the license.
