I am Errol John S. Denosta, Development Management Officer I of Davao City Planning and Development Office. We are now on the process of finalizing the prices of amortization of our socialized housing program and would like to take hold of the NHA Memorandum Circular 2219 and 2219-A to be used as one of our bases in the Pricing Committee.
