Per coordination with our Housing Technology and Technical Research Department (HTTRD), the NHA has no Property Administration Manual for LRBs, what the Authority has are the following manuals crafted by the department, as follows:

1. Land Development Manual
2. Design and Training Manual
3. End Users (AITECH) Manual

You may directly inquire with the DPWH or may refer to the National Building Code of the Philippines or Presidential Decree 1096 via this link https://www.dpwh.gov.ph/DPWH/files/nbc/PD.pdf.
