Hi Good Day,

With due respect, my name is Jobert T. Joren. This is to most humbly inform you that I am working on my technical engineering report entitled “ASSESSMENT OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF 6 MW BALIGATAN HYDRO ELECTRIC POWERPLANT IN ISABELA”. This is for my PEE application as advancement for my Electrical Engineering career.

I am writing this letter to seek permission from you for data collection and site visit on Baligatan Hydro Electric Powerplant (HEP).
