Hi!

I am John Ryan Santos, a civil engineering student from National University-Manila. We are currently doing our capstone design project located in Daet, Camarines Norte. It was mentioned by the MDRRMO officer of Camarines Norte, that the existing dam near Brgy. Alawihao is dysfunctional. In line with this, I would like to ask for the documentation as to when and how did the dam gone dysfunctional.
