Good Day! 

I am a student from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, who are advise to submit a request here for "Certificate/Paper Document" stating that we are allowed to use NIA for our thesis paper for the subject "Strategic Financial Planning". We are sending this request for transparency purpose. Also, a possible interview to any relevant personnel within the administration.
