Hi,

I'm Vince Garcia, a Research Fellow in a CHED-PCARI funded research project here in University of the Philippines - Diliman. One of the aims of our project is to model the fate of different pollutants in the Pampanga River Basin starting from Pantabangan Lake until the water discharges into Manila Bay. In order to fulfill this objective, we need to have historical information on the flow measurements and operational data of the Pantabangan Dam.
