Greetings!

I am writing to request for a copy of the feasibility study for the Feasibility Study for Chico River Pump project, which was reportedly approved by the NEDA Board as of its last update on flagship infrastructure projects on July 31, 2019.

This is because I am currently conducting policy-related research on China-funded flagship projects for the Build, Build, Build program, which I hope to feature in policy papers and briefs in the next few months.
