The undersigned is currently writing a book about history of Sigma,  Capiz.  

Anent this,  I would like to inquire the following questions:
1. What year the Mambusao-Sigma Irrigation System was constructed and completed. 
2. How much was the project cost
3. How many hectares of land it had irrigated then? 
4. What year it was declared non functional? 
5. What year the Mambusao Sigma Irrigators Association  was established
