Good day! 

We are conducting a market study for possible mini-hydropower projects location and one opportunity we see is hydropower in irrigation systems. This being said, we would like to request for a map of established irrigation canals specifically in Luzon. It may be both public and private. 

If this project goes on, Philippines will be known as one of the GREEN countries in southeast Asia and would reduce the electricity cost of Filipinos gradually especially community in the rural areas.
