We are a group of civil engineering students from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Quezon City.
We are currently working on our Capstone Design (thesis) project as a part of our school requirements, which is primarily centered on water resources. In order to come up with a good title for our title proposal defense, we hope to receive assistance from the National Irrigation Administration in searching for a location for our thesis. We are tasked to design any project about water resources as long as it has an underlying problem that requires an urgent engineering solution.
