Ma'am/Sir,

Good day, I would like to request streamflow data for the Padsan River, Ilocos Norte for our research purposes. The project will employ assessment, instrumentation, and prediction of coastal flooding in selected municipalities in the Region. Assessment of coastal flooding will be done by looking at the combined effect of river swelling and storm surge at the same time.
