I am Neil M. Villezar, a BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering student at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños. As part of my undergraduate thesis this semester, I will be utilizing HEC-RAS to develop a sediment transport model for an earthen irrigation system. With this, I would like to submit a request for a soft and hard copy of the canal layout of the Mabacan River Irrigation System for my thesis. Rest assured that these files will only be used for academic purposes.
