Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am a PhD student in University of the Philippines' School of Environmental Science, developing a typhoon-induced flooding index for Isabela province. I am going to run spatial flood simulations during typhoon events from year 2010 to the near present. In this connection, may I please request for the hourly (or 15-minute temporal resolution) stream/river gauge readings on all Isabela stations. I am going to use the gauge readings to validate my flood simulations.
