I am Heinriette Vienne, Policy and Project Development Manager of the Union of Local Authorities in the Philippines (ULAP). I am writing to you to ask for assistance to provide us with the budget allocation of NIA for the "Communal Irrigation System" in the GAA and NEP for the years 2018-2022.
