Good afternoon! I'm Andrea Balignasay, Second year college from the Technological University of the Philippines. Taking up Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology Major in Civil Technology. I would to inquire If I can ask for a detailed plan of  highway even just a soft copy for Educational purposes.
